Pricing: All prices and products are subject to change without notice. Quotations are valid for 30 days.

Sampling Policy: Samples of various products are available upon request. There will be no charge for the initial sample. Depending upon the product sampled, additional samples may incur a charge. Lots of specific items (i.e. sera) will be held on a first come first serve basis for 15 days after receipt of sample, unless an extension is requested.

Payment: Terms of payment are NET 30 DAYS, F.O.B. Origin, unless otherwise stated. Accounts outstanding in excess of 30 days will be assessed a late payment of 2% per month.

Shipping: Shipment will be sent via best method unless otherwise requested. Title passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Shipments are insured at purchaser's expense. Packing and dry ice/cold pack charges are extra and are added to each invoice when applicable.

Minimum Order: Minimum invoice is $100.

Contracts: Contracts to maintain inventory of specific product quantities for periodic release will be negotiated.

Returns/Damage Claims: A return authorization number (RAN) must be obtained from Valley Biomedical prior to returns or credit authorization. Damage Claims must be reported within 5 working days. Contact our customer service department for assistance with these matters.

Cancellations: Cancellations for firm orders are not authorized unless special arrangements have been made. Contact our customer service department for assistance with this matter.

Export Orders: Valley Biomedical ships to and services customers worldwide. Assistance with Import/Export documents and customs clearance are available. Please inquire with customer service.

All orders are subject to our warranty statement.
